I'm GoldenSelkie and I joined this forum because I'm seriously thinking of making a short film for funsies. It'll be independent, self funded and probably pretty horrible. :P

Since I'm not a student or a qualified film maker, I hope you don't mind if I ask questions and use the tips on the forums.

You've got a place here on the forum, you'll fit in just fine.
I recommend making your first short film really really short. One page script. Two if you must.
