Hey guys I need your help, I'm going to be getting the Canon 5D Mark 2 and I need some advice on which lenses I should also purchase with it?

both those lenses are amazing with the 5d. they have great sharpness.

LIFE:

instead of learning which lenses to buy, you should learn how to select lenses depending on what you want out of your final image. the contrast on the above lenses is great IF its two your taste. the contrast on old nikkors is different looking. so theres no such thing as canon having better contrast than nikkors, it depends on which kind of contrast you want.

i would say read this thread as some of this type of discussion takes place there. it will tell u what a god starting lens kit is that most ppl agree on and also a little but of selecting lenses.

lol. "yeah, i was thinking of buying them but wasnt sure. but the free piece of cloth tipped my decision" :rolleyes:

wish i had the dough to buy those though.
