Hey all!

Hey fellow filmmakers! My name is Gary, i live in the SF Bay Area and working on a documentary project on the streets of SF. Do i need signed waivers of every person i capture on camera? and if i do where could i find generic forms i could print out. Would love to hear the forums thoughts.

Thanks in advance!:)

Welcome Gary!

Lots of good people to answer questions. Whatever answer you get(I'd like to know this too), if you need clarification, post it in one of the threads, and if you're a newbie, the newbie thread is an awesome place to post those questions :)

where could i find generic forms i could print out

Forum member SonnyBoo has a tonne of generic paperwork downloads at his site, SonnyBoo.com, including releases.

I hope the many documentary-peeps on the forum can answer the rest of your q's.

Welcome Grasshopper!

I'm one of the audio guys here.

Keep in mind that the search function is your friend. Everyone here is always very glad to help you out, but a lot of the "basics" questions have been asked and answered many times.

And always remember:
