Hellooo from Philly!

Well, sort of. Right now I'm in a town about 45 minutes away, but if i get into the college I want to go to, I'll be studying film in Philly this fall :)

I'm Alexa, and I'm 18. I've been into filmmaking my whole life, but I'm just now gettIng serious about it. I've got a HV40 that I'm looking to get a twoneil adapter for, and my friends and I are starting to film our first 'real' short film soon. (I'm a bit nervous, which is why i found this forum :'D) Other than film, I spend my time working the cafe at Target and playing Roller Derby.


I guess that's about it. Can't wait to meet people :)
 
hello, and welcome I am new to the site as well. dont be afraid to ask people here questions they are great with help and not making you seem like a idiot
 
Thanks for the welcomes guys :) I'll be sure to post it once were done, but that could be a while :'D

I read on someone's thread there's a film festival on here coming up, where can I find more info n it?
