Hi, I'm Neo. I'm a filmmaker from Panabo City, Philippines (it's a small city in a small country so I'm sure you've never heard of it). I became a filmmaker because I love the elation I feel whenever I finish watching a fantastic movie and I just want to share that feeling to another person.
