Ultra-low-budget indie videographer (it bugs me when people call themselves filmmakers, when they've never used film). Anyway, planning my first feature-length movie, to be shot this summer. Have done lots of shorts, and have had some success. Ready to make the jump to feature. Finishing up the screenplay to "Antihero" right now. It's a superhero origin story, except our hero's "superpower" is a very limited and specific psychic ability.

Touche, old chaps. "Filmmaker" doesn't really bug me that much. It does sound more cool than "videographer", cuz that totally just sounds like someone who tapes weddings.

Thanks for the welcomes. I'm glad I found this sight. I can't believe the overwhelming wealth of knowledge and sharing of experiences that are here. I plan to soak it in like a sponge.

HI, Im a guy who makes fil... i mean, vidie.. I mean tap... ah dang it.. what exactly IS IT that I like to do as a hobby?

My current $0 budget effort is already $1k in the hole! (woho! )
