Hey everyone,
My name is Mike and I am a aspiring film maker and a camera monkey with some limited experience. I have seen alot of good things skimming the forums here and thought it would be a good place to network and find good info on technology and techniques. I currently am a freelance photographer and after a lifelong passion for film and a minor identity crisis brought on my class load last semester (and a several day long discussion with my wife) I have decided to do what I have always wanted to do. I am currently researching gear and digging out some old idea. Admittedly I will probably be a you tube director while i get some gear time under my belt, but hey, I think its a good way to motivate. Anyway, glad ot be here and I look forward to getting to know the people here.
