Good Places to Rent

Hey I'm starting production on a short soon. Unfortunately I have a halfass homemovie camcorder...

I was wondering if anyone knew a place/website/person who can rent me a cheap camera. It doesn't even have to be a great one. Mine was only like 300 bucks because I'm poor for the most part. Anything better than that with a low rent rate would be great.

Thank you,

Blanc/Noir

Ask to view reels of DPs that own kits.

Also post your location so members can help.

What I am saying is, if you are the director, you can work with a DP (director of photography) that owns a camera. You get a person, and a camera, and a lot of times, they are working on their reels (portfolios) and will work for free, or modest pay.
