General School Questions?

What are some film schools in California that are good?

I know of some: USC and UCLA.

What are some others?

I'm aware of schools in like San Francisco and San Diego that have film departments but are they even that good?

I'm a Junior in High School looking to Major in Film.

Film production specifically.

And if I wanted to minor or double major in something, what would be a good thing to do it with?
Communications? Graphic design?

EDIT:

(I don't want to hear, "don't go to college, learn on your own" either. I am learning on my own at the moment. I've made short videos. But college, TO ME, boosts my confidence and it would help me in general)

Another question,

I'm taking the ACT Test this weekend and was wondering, do colleges out west even look at the ACT?

Would I have to take the SAT too? Or...? O.o
