Freeware Budgeting/Scheduling Software

Does anyone know where I can find good quality, stable budgeting and scheduling software? Sorry if this has been previously posted.

Not sure if this answers your question per se, but personally, I just use standard PIM software for scheduling and a piece of paper for budgeting. A good investment that I've found useful is a PDA: keeps everything in one place and is portable. Plus, it's another gadget! How can you go wrong with more gadgets?
