sound Free/inexpensive editor for exporting music video with FLAC Codec?

Hi Everyone,

Does anyone know of a free/inexpensive video editing program that will allow me to export with FLAC audio codec?

I think it might also need to have H.264 video codec, though that seems far more common.

I do not know of any, no. My ignorant advice is convert to wav and move on
