We are pleased to announce the call for entries to the 3rd annual Flicker Film Festival in Spokane, Washington.
There is no entry fee so send all you like on DVD or VHS to:

(include a SASE if you would like your entry returned)

Films must originate on film and be under 15 minutes in length. Your films will make this the best Flicker yet!
