And if you two wanna really be creative, the motivations of the murderer mirror those of pothead.
The story told by the muses becomes a metaphor for what that which frustrates Pothead.
Pothead's motivated by X and responds Y.
Murderer's motivated by X and responds Z.
If murderer succeeds so will Pothead.
Likewise the inverse.
