film-school Film school in Australia?

I didn't know where else to post this question I hope it's OK to post it here.

I've been sort of checking out some film schools around my city (Brisbane) So far I've checked out JMC academy (www.jmcacademy.edu.au) and I'm about to look into the big 3 Universities that offer a film course: Grifith, QUT and UQ.

I was wondering if there are any experts floating around here on the subject matter of Australian film schools? How are the ones aboved that I mentioend? Did I miss any other reputable ones?

I was thinking of taking a few short courses first then going from there which will probably lead to film school.

Again, Sorry if this is the wrong area for this but I'm not sure where else to post it

Thanks.

Umm, good question, I'm not really sure.
I went to an information day a fair while back, and since then I've been planning to go there, if anywhere. But what I got told then could have totally changed since, so it'd probably be best for you to email them or give them a call & ask them to send you an info pack. If you're interested, that is :)
Sorry I'm not much help really, I'm a long way off from being accepted into any higher education :/

What about Lodz film school in Poland?
Polanski and Kieslowski graduated from there.

Also Centro Sperimentale di Cinematografia in Italy
is where famous cinematographer Vittorio Storaro and director Michelangelo Antonioni went to
