So my seester is a lawyer and contract specialist for the US Government. She let me know about this website and their solicitation for services/products/and what have you. I came across this particular page and though I've not searched further, I bet there are some similar opportunities listed.

There is a pdf file outlining the requirements for 4 narrative vignettes they would like produced on the topic of "Sexual Assault Prevention and Response (SAPR). This is the leading effort in training all Marines and Sailors in fighting sexual assault and changing any misguided views on harassment and indifference."

Just thought I'd post as this seems to be another avenue for finding work.

4. Specific Services to be Provided.
4.1 Develop storyboard and script for the instructional video. The Contractor shall create four vignette based storyboards, using government subject matter expert (SME) inputs. Once approved by the Government, the Contractor shall create scripts with detailed narrative and resource requirements.
4.2 Produce and direct the SAPR ethical decision instructional videos. The Contractor shall coordinate with the government for all support requirements and then direct video production.
4.3 In support of SAPR, the Contractor shall develop four (4) vignette based videos. Vignettes are identified in Table 1 below.
4.4 Edit and deliver the SAPR ethical decision instructional videos. The Contractor shall refine the instructional video footage and present it to the Government. Based on Government input the Contractor will edit as necessary to achieve the Government’s desired endstate.

4.5 Release statements authorizing the Marine Corps’ use of participants’ voices and images, consistent with scripted requirements of the video vignettes, must be obtained from all personnel who are photographed, audio recorded, or filmed in the execution of this project. These releases must be submitted to, and approved by, the Contracting Officer, or, at the discretion and approval of the Contracting Officer, will be provided to the contractor, prior to performing work associated with recording or capturing personal images or voices. Furthermore, if music or other proprietary items are incorporated into the videos, the Contractor shall obtain an irrevocable, royalty-free license of sufficient scope to allow the Marine Corps unrestricted use of such items. Moreover, the Contractor will provide the original of all releases and licenses along with a spreadsheet or other listing of all such releases and licenses to the Contracting Officer upon request or at the time of delivery of the finished products (videos).
