Very nice! I've done a film like this before too and yours complete obliterates mine 
I really only had two critiques. The first was there was a shot or two in the first third of the film where the white balance felt off. The second was during the first shot we see the apartment on fire- one of your smoke assets needed some feathering on the edge. Other than that, I got nothing. Good story, sound design and camera work!

Very engaging. This is one of those stories that I saw the ending
from a a few minutes in but loved the journey getting there.
