Haha. It doesn't have to be anything. I just saw the Secret Santa thread get bumped and the idea of Evil Elf popped into mind.

I suppose it could be whatever you want it to be, which may very well be nothing at all.

Evil elves are the characters in the short we're shooting next month. Santa pops in and takes them down all rambo style.

And no, not joking. Putting the casting call out for short actors in a day or two haha.
