editing Editing someone else's footage?

Hi, just wondering if someone had some of their untouched footage still. I'm looking to practice my editing more since that is my weakest skill and since I have none of my own I was hoping someone would be so find to let me play with some of their own :)

if not does anyone know where I can get some stock footage for free?
