Drug Use in Documentary

Hi,

does anyone have any experience filming actual drug use? I would like to do this for a documentary, but of course I don't want to get anyone in any legal trouble if/when I release the footage.

(A similar question was asked in the thread "Marijuana use in film" from 2007, but there were no answers based on experience...)

Just make sure they sign the waiver AFTER they've done the drugs and all shall be good.... lol... ok, I'm sure you haven't heard THAT one yet, uh sorry, lol.

Well since no one should do a film like this without proper legal guidance I suggest you get your lawyer sooner than later, since you will definitely need one.

Yeah. It would probably be a good bet to just go ahead and get a lawyer to guide you through this sooner rather than later.
