At the start of every month (or later ;)), a member will be chosen as the Member of the Month based on the previous month's behavior. They will receive a free 6-month Premiere membership, or if Premiere level already, an additional 6 months will be added.

Members are chosen by the quality, not quantity, of their posts. There are other factors as well. You don't have to know a lot about filmmaking, being polite, and a productive member of the community is what we look for as well.

Awarding/ crediting is not bad.
you guys can do better than that.
IF you organise something meaningful like weekly / monthly competation winner with 250/2000 cash
Then may be each and every one would be serious enough to be part of whole site in general.
this amount might help them for funding their next movie.
Each premier member investing atleast 10 $ per month.
