Do you think that filmmakers lie about their budgets to look good sometimes?

Either way can affect perception.

If you inflate it it can have a negative effect as in "He spend 50 grand on thattttttt?" lol

I agree be straight up. Some are embarrassed by how much they spent and lower it...
 
I'd like to watch in when I get a chance, I forget how long it is... shoot it to me if you don't mind.
