camera-dept DJI gimbal for a DSLR

Hi,

I'm looking into getting g a gimbal for my documentary and off bike motovlogging work. Does any one know if any of the DJI gimbals are compatible with a Canon EOS t7i DSLR camera? I realize it's an entry level camera, but is any cable connection required from a gimbal in order for a camera to work on it?

Any help would be appreciated,

you can just press record on your camera and then use the gimbal.

hooking up a cable allows you to use the buttons on the gimbal to manipualte the camera, but that isn't NECESSARY.
Its just more convenient to press record button on the gimbal instead of reaching up and pressing record on the camera itself

Thanks. I had a feeling it was as simple as that, but getting even the people at DJI to give me an answer has been impossible.
