my question is, how exactly does he make 400k a year? just by selling dvds from his car to tourists? thats craziness. Everybody needs to buy a car and move to LA then.

That guy has been around for a long time. When I lived in LA, he showed up at my front door and wanted to paint the address numbers on the curb. He had a sales pitch about using "Special paint" or some such thing. What I remember most vividly was that during the pitch, his toy Chihuahua was furiously humping his ankle and Dennis was oblivious to it.

I've known Dennis for 20 years. He is a very "special" guy. No way
is he making $400,000 per year. He may have made that over the
last 20 years.

He is certainly a legend here in Hollywood.
