Damaged video??? :((

So i'm going over some footage and found this:

The weird thing that sometimes the footage plays back just fine and sometimes it tweaks like that. Just one file.

Shot on t2i. Editing in premiere.

If I play original file on VLC - it works great. As soon as I import footage into premiere - it freaks out :weird:

Tried to find "fix the footage" option on VLC but can't find the option..
Any ideas?

Clear your cache folder in Premiere, and see if that helps?

Premiere sometimes does weird stuff to files I've noticed. I'm gonna say straight up it probably has little to do with the t2i, especially if other programs are playing it right. Have you tried converting it to another file type (or even the same, a re-encode still might help) and then importing into premiere?
