Coverall Greenscreen Suits

attach ping pong balls in various spots. Film the actor in a live scene. You track the positions of the ping pong balls and you have a motion capture that you can use to animate a CGI character.

Thanks.

I watched the videos on tapetube as well. They talk about using it too for an invisible puppet master for puppet animation.

The suits are expensive by my budget ranges. I can get custom tailored cosutumes made in China for $20 a costume. So, I'm curious about this $200+ greenscreen suit.

If you are using Sony Vegas, just select chroma key and match the green to the suit and it will magicaally vanish.

I have a question. Since we are new to the stunt dummies on set, should we have a guy on set in a greenscreen suit to prop up and animate the stunt dummy?

They look like and most likely are zentai suits. I have a costume company in China that makes super hero, zentai, and associated costumes to tailored sizes.

Lock the camera in place, use markers, and shoot the background with and without the actors and stunt dummies. We will be doing that too for Artemis appearing and vanishing shots.

Come to think about it too. The silver demon hunters can turn invisible to visable light. So, the Amazons can't see them. But, the cyborgs can see them because they are machines that see through all spectrums of light.

So, for the robo vision POV, maybe we should purposely show the highlights and shadows of someone in a greenscreen coverall suit playing an invisible silver demon hunter. That would represent the way the cyborgs can see them.

Other than an invisible man type of movie, what other applications can a greenscreen coverall suite be used for in a production?

I'm curious.
As far as I know, the "Predator" effect was done this way. You remember, the scenes where the Predator is in stealth mode...
They even tried to get some footage of the Predator jumping from tree to tree, using a monkey in a red suit. But the monkey always took off the suit
