The china team implanted electrodes and the AI was able to figure out all the electrical signals, or something like that.
So cool! I can't wait until this becomes mainstream in the USA, what a miracle of science!!

Not sure if anyone is actually walking, yet, but still, yea, pretty cool. And re. Mara, (Oh where oh where?) I get the distaste for AI in the creative arts, and for the most part, share it. But I don't really lose much sleep, since the vast majority of stuff being made, now, is crap, kind of a humahn version of AI--just cobbling stuff together just because it seems to fit, and because it is similar, generically, to stuff already made. So it probably doesn't matter much where it comes from. But, as always, WTF do i know?
