Cheapest focusing screen ever for diy DOF adapter

I went to Target to pick up some medication and noticed a box sitting on the counter at the pharmacy. Inspecting the box I found it was filled with these cards, They were fresnel lens for old people who can't see. They looked very similar to the focusing screens I had been researching the night before.

See the similarities?

I think the only difference is the actual focusing screens are translucent (I think) and mine is transparent. Anyone think this will work.

wont work goob. That magnifies the image.. Dont waste your time on DIY for this one, its a dead end.. 35mm adapters are flooding the market. $100 bucks gets you a jag35 easy.
