Cheap glidetrack ?

I was wondering if they sell some really cheap glidetrack... because i have made my own dolly and it is so heavy so i would like something light.. and i was wondering why the heck does this little thing cost 500 dollars ? what the hell LoL

How about $8.25 ??? 3 Wheel Dolly also does radial moves.. all you need is a smooth surface. Put a bag or rice on it and GO !

Do you use 3 of them, one under each tripod leg?

I pop the rice bag on the 3 wheeler dolly and place the cam on top of the rice bag. I ike a big ziploc, it allows me to shift the rice some for tilt .

I bring along a dry erase board and place it on top of things then glide the dolly on top. Sometimes the location will provide a smooth flat surface to use. I have some eqt trunks on wheels to place the dry erase board on as well.
