cinematography Charging Camera Batteries on Set

You either have a power source or you don't.

You can have a generator.

You can use some photovoltaic thing.

Maybe use the car's battery.

Depending on how long you're staying, sometimes the best solution is simply to buy another pair of batteries.

Solar Charging Pad - maybe you can find a battery charger that takes a USB power supply. I didn't see such a charger, but only took a quick look. I bet there is one, somewhere.

Meanwhile, you can get a battery charger that plugs into a vehicle's cig-lighter: linkage :)

Also a lot of campgrounds now have power sources for the campers. Not sure if yours does though. Im filming a movie on a campground and they have full hook ups on all the sites (water, power, etc) but maybe if they have a hookup you can just ask to use their power.
