Canon 5d Lenses?

Hey guys, I recently purchased a Canon 5d MarkII and was wondering what lenses you would recommend for shooting video? Primes or zooms etc...? Thanks

Thanks ernest, the reviews seemed pretty good, was wondering if it will be wider than my 18-55 kit lens. Are there any problems with FD zoom lenses when using them with an adapter on a dslr (550d)? There are a lot of very cheap zoom lenses at around £30 for 210mm.

Yes there is. Simply put: The problem with FD lenses is that they need to be closer to the sensor than EOS lenses. Therefore you either use a mechanical adapter and loose the ability to focus farther then a bunch of meters away from you or you use an adapter with correction glass which will degrade your image by taking away resolution and introducing glare and chromatic aberrations.

There is a reason why FD stuff is dirtcheap these days. Better look around for Nikon, Olympus OM, Pentax K or M42 glass. All of these can be adapted without optical correction and loss of image quality.
