Canon 50D now shoots RAW better than the rebel line

Pffff. Who saw all this coming?

Oh my gosh. I haven't been following the prices for the 50D, but looking now, I sure ain't seeing $350 for top quality specimens. Has the run already begun?

Is there any chance the 5D I will turn out to have had this video capability all along too? There must be a ton of those floating around out there.

Is this from Magic Lantern ?

If yes , I think the camera is going to keep on crashing , stopping to automatically recording etc and causing me a lot of headache on set which frankly , I would like to avoid .

Nonsense... I use ML for months and guess how many times it crashed?

I can make it crash on command, simply by plugging in my external monitor. Added bonus of discharging the batteries while it shuts off. Good times. :cool:

Pretty cool what ML can do, though. This whole RAW thing is amazing.
