Have the opportunity to pick up a Canon XL1 or GL2 for the same price or a Panasonic AG-DVX100B for about $100 more. Any suggestions? The XL1 has a hard case, xlr mount, two batteries, a rain/sand cover bag, one 4 in viewing mount monitor, additional mount light, Mic, remote control, cables and a small carry bag. GL2 is new in the box, and Panasonic just has a charger. Need some help with this!

Same here. I'd go with the XL1, then the DVX, then the GL2.
If it's an XL1s I would go for it. If it's only an XL1 I would go for the DVX. And I would take the DVX over the GL2. That having been said, they are all good cameras.

Yes if it is just the XL1 and not the XL1(s), then I take the pany. I wouldn't bother with the GL2, you could get a small hd camcorder for that price.
