It's back to feature scripts again for me. Was a fun diversion!

[Blanc/Noir]

Another fantastic short. There was a few small instances of telling not showing but it's passable. Another great short on the seasons.

 

[Buddy Greenfield]

It’s nice on paper (Text)/writing style, but the production that potentially would have to go into it weighed against what you get out of it (Ending and Overall story) is a tough sell. Not to say it couldn’t realistically be done many different ways, but to me it’s a lot of buck for a little bang. (You could easily alter his fate to something much easier to produce and be good to go.)

Buddy, yes, I have an inkling that falling through the ice of a frozen lake at night might be a bit difficult to shoot well, not to mention snow, fog, etc. But I thought I'd write it up the way I want it to be (in a perfect world) before I reconsider my options (and yes, there are some that would be almost as good).
