Best Car Chases

This is a tricky one. Not the best filmed car chases, but the best written.

I've heard good things about Bullitt, which I love. Help a writer out with some scripts to catch up on.

Hmm.. from a best written perspective, I will put up Seven Ups.

I've looked for the, "To Live and Die in L.A." movie script, but the only ones I can find are chopped up. I thought it had a very 'different" type of car chase scene you might enjoy. Al little dated, though.

"Bullit", of course is a classic. And as much as it literally PAINS me to say this, but the chase scene in "The Marine" was well done ...but I can't find the script for that one either.

...Not sure how effective shouting, "Get outta the way!" is when one is driving down the wrong side of an interstate.

...Although the worst camera work is done by the idiot filming his TV.
