Reboot is still dead in the water, and, since JMS is offering the franchise to buyers, the storyline may be dead. But most people, especially with that kind of money, would rather start their own franchise than do a reboot of a franchise that hasn't done much. That said, he did get an animated movie, so kudos to him for that.
