AKG C 480 B with CK 61-ULS module

Hey Alcove Audio (and anyone else who may know haha).

Someone gave me this mic, I wanted to see where it could be used best on a film set? I know you recommend hypercardoid inside, and it looks like this is a carded unit. Any special instructions on how to use this best?

You've lucked into a really nice mic for production sound. Just get it into the shock-mount on the end of your boom-pole and you're golden. It may not be a hyper, but it will do a nice job.


Ummmmmm........ I mean it's a piece of junk; I'll take it off your hands for $100. :D
