Adobe premiere for mac/ pc work together

ok qucik question, i have a mac g3 laptop that i want to use with adobe premiere, what is the newest version for mac, i cant seem to find any support for this, and will it work along with my premiere 1.5 pro on my pc, can i swap projects, clips and such, thanks in advance

Premiere Pro is not available for Macs.

Adobe and Apple have an ongoing beef with each other.

Premiere 6.x was the last version available on the Mac.

On PCs, I know that PC 6.x project files that were later opened in PremPro went through some kind of upstepping. I do not know whether it's possible to do that in reverse.

I'll try that tonight when I get home.

awsome, reverse is not needed, i just wanted to be able to rip the footage onto the laptop, splice it up then take to my pc to render, thanks for the super fast answers, i am madly in-love with this site!!

Adobe Premiere 6.5 was the last version released for MAC. Project files from Adobe Premiere Pro do not downgrade to older versions of Premiere.
