AD or Line Producer referral

I'm in LA and need an experienced AD or Line producer to do a schedule and budget for our screenplay.

There's no funding for the film yet, this is very preliminary so I'll be paying out-of-pocket ($250).

Anyone got someone they think is great and can recommend?

$250 is really low for both a budget and schedule but I could do it.
Are you shooting in L.A.? Have you done the full breakdown? Do
you need this fast?
