From what I read on your website...

You are casting a reality show, where participants from all key fields get winnowed down to form a complete team... who are then rewarded by working on a movie you want to make?

The reality show participants have to produce & supply their own segments?

My q's...

Is there any compensation for competing in the reality show section?
Do the winners, who get rewarded with work on your movie, get compensated for that?

If the end goal is to just make a movie, why not simply make the movie?
Why jump through so many hoops to hire a crew?
Do you see this as being more in line with Project Greenlight?

If you don't have a crew to make the film, so have contestants in a reality show... who's shooting the reality show? Why not use them, for the film?
