    Trouble Transferring Footage

    Hello, I'm trying to tranfer footage from a Canon Vixia hfG10 to a Mac. There's no firewire hookup and it uses cards to record to. Does anyone have any tips? Would a card reader work better? I'll be editing this on iMovie and Final Cut. Thanks, Rob

    First festival. Any advice?

    I just got accepted into a film festival and am trying to make sure I have all of my proverbial "ducks in a row." I'm also curious as to how I publicize a short that is just under 2 minutes in length. If you have any advice, let me know. Thanks, Rob
