If you are showing "this is what other brands have done" for examples, then yes. But never show a "this is what I can do, or better" because your basically putting other people's work on your resume; if you haven't done it you can't say you can do better - you must show it!

Dragon far away is doable as a quick CGI effect (mind you the last time I did one it was quite cartoonish). Fog is pretty easy as well. I agree with Mussonman - close up orcs, goblins, etc is hard to do, and best bet would be to go with actors etc. If your deadset on CGI then prepare to pay...

Looks like 48fps is dead as far as movies are concerned, sports sure but movies... not really, audiences didn't grab on and as @sweetie mentioned it costs more so unless you can charge (and people are willing to pay for) a premium you are actually losing money. Everyone is going towards 4K-8K...

At the end of the day its your webseries, title it as you want. If you are monitizing the series (which you should), keep the episodes short as you don't benefit from longer episodes; that and people tend to "tune out on youtube" unless you got 30 minutes of solid comedy.
