Thanks for the info guys. The 180 degree rule was something i wasn't aware of until now. And yes audio seems to be a major problem with multiple camera shots.

Every time I tried to export content using premiere Pro CS4 using the encoder, I get the low quality footage even though it is uncompressed. The imported footage is Microsoft AVI format. I tried to export into WMV, avi, mpeg, mpeg2, mp4 and all other formats but still get a low quality video...
