    Yes it is. But there is a way to run it on Mac and Linux. Through this free tool - http://www.winehq.org/ This is not an emulator,its just an API implementation of Windows. I myself run Linux only and this works for me fine. I know its a few more hoops to jump, but it gets you there for free...
