nevermind. apparently the only way to fix this is to click on a sequence from the project, and I did that. problem solved.

I had a project, and the canvas, tool bench, and timeline wont load on it anymore.... when i try to click any of them, they are blank and unable to be selected. arrange - custom layout 1 wont work also..... what should I do?
