Alcove Audio, I just want to commend you on always answering these mic (audio) questions with patience no matter how many times the same questions are asked. I think it might be a good idea if you make a post of FAQ about audio and have it stickied at the top of the forum.

Just write! There is nothing that will generate ideas and imagination faster than actually writing. As you write ideas will come. When you write, always ask... What if this? What if that? If you already have some ideas for killer (no pun intended) scenes, write those scenes and figure out how...

I need an external monitor for my dslr. Nothing fancy, I just need a heads-up display that I can use to maintain focus. Any recommendations? Least expensive? Best bang for the buck?

I will probably paint it this weekend. I was thinking about trimming some thin pieces of black tape to make the text boxes. I may use permanent marker though.
