I use Final Draft for my own screenplays, and recently upgraded to version 13. When I work on other people's screenplays, I generally use what they want: Celtx, Fade In, and WriterDuet are the ones that are requested most commonly.

I bounce between Final Draft and Fade In

I use Twine, The world's least popular scriptwriting tool. It only has one feature, but it's the only one I actually need.
