No, the mother never possesses the daughter, she is just there as a spirit. The daughter goes and talks to people on her mother's behalf though... like people from the mother's past, who are now older and their lives have changed.

It's not the length... there are plenty of excellent short films that are extremely short, animated shorts in particular, but they still feel like a complete product. They can stand on their own. And short films are essentially short stories, these don't feel like stories at all. I'm not saying...

So I looked at the TRAILER 2. And it is pretty strange... um, the music doesn't really fit the visuals somehow, the visuals are too vibrant and smooth, and the music makes me want to see old horror movie style visuals... and also the two guys look a bit goofy, reminded me of that horror comedy...

These aren't really short films... they feel more like experimental comedy skits. Something that might belong on SNL or something like that (even though I'm not a fan of SNL, not the modern day SNL at least, but they've a lot of similar stuff on it.)
