Is the first one a rough cut? The weak audio, jarring transitions, and timecode in the corner are distracting. But aside from that, not bad. I prefer the second one, but that's just a matter of taste.

I second Chimp's comment. I would love to see this film, and I thought the second trailer was much, much better. Keep us posted!
