    logline Comedy pilot loglines

Thanks for your input, apprciate that. Even though it's not the only problem with the loglines, yes my syntax is very poor. English is not my native language so I have difficulties when it comes to creating a well constructed logline. It's a shame that there's no screenwriting forums around...

    series I'm watching Cobra Kai

I've watched Cobra Kai and I'll continue to do so. I honestly didn't have much expectations, but I'm really enjoying it so far.

    logline Comedy pilot loglines

Thank you all for your inputs, really appreciate that. sfoster it wouldn't a complete comedy, but I can see some funny scenes. For example him (still being a gigolo) playing 50 shades kind of stuff with a client, blindfolding her and ready to put it on, but no more erections lol. And all that...

    logline Comedy pilot loglines

I don't know if you were joking, but I think it's something like what you've said yes. Do you think it could run as a series? Thanks Thanks. I actually thought about that, that he would turn to Youtube lol. I had no idea what OnlyFans was but I did a quick search and it makes sense because...

    logline Comedy pilot loglines

Thanks for your time! My English is far from perfect, so thanks for the correction. I think it sounds better like that. I also agree about the "opposite effect". I think I'll leave the Youtuber story aside for now. Like you said, it's far too generic. But the story would basically be about a...

Well I mean, they're not "30 rock", "Seinfeld" etc kind of comedy. It's more like dramedies.

    logline Comedy pilot loglines

Hello all, Once again I'm here to ask for your help. Can I have some input on these, please? Do you find any interesting or are they flawed? "After a experimental drug gone wrong and gave him the opposite effect, a gigolo, living the good times, needs to change his life after losing his sex...

plot Not "then", yes "but" and "therefore"

Sorry, I've read my post and it wasn't very clear, my fault. I was referring to screenwriting in general (whether is a pilot or feature). I think it was one of The Simpson's writers . One of the tips he gave when it comes to screenwriting is that the plot is poorly built if, when you're...

plot Not "then", yes "but" and "therefore"

Hello guys, Now that i'm in the process of writing a spec TV Pilot, I remembered to read somewhere that, when you're telling the story to someone, you shouldn't say "then this stuff happens, then that stuff happens", but yes "but this happens, therefore that happens". That it's a bad sign when...

    software-related CeltX degree symbol question

Well, it turns out that this wasn't really an issue, because the PDF file was totally fine. Glad I checked it before going for the paid version 😄 Thanks.

    software-related CeltX degree symbol question

Thanks for your help. You're right about the degree, but here we use that symbol for two things. For the degree itself and for the ordinal numbers. While you write 4th, we write it like 4º. And that's what I need it for. I'll buy the paid version then (it's not cheap but it's not that expensive)

    software-related CeltX degree symbol question

Hello all, Let me start by saying that I use the free version, so maybe that's why I can't change this, but the degree symbol doesn't work. In this case I wrote "35º", but it does it like you can see in the image. If I use the paid version, can I fix it? Thank you.

producing Cable channel/producer for comedy stories

Thank you guys. I'll definitely reach at least one of them in facebook and ask for advice. But I've decided that I'll just do it when I finish my spec TV pilot and have it ready. I want to have something more than just short stories to show.

producing Cable channel/producer for comedy stories

Thanks for your time and advice! I had no idea that things worked li As far as agents or managers go, I know that that it's very common in US, but as far as I know, that's not really a "thing" here, so that would be very difficult to arrange because it's unusual. It's more just like you said ...
