As you may have guessed my name is Allan. Basically have been a performance driving instuctor, and motorsport journalist over the past few years.
I was the subject of a Pilot shot by the faculty of Brooks institute in 2008. (I was road racing and they followed me). In the end a offer was made by Fox for the piece but in involved a huge capital investment. So that project died.
I had so much fun and made so many friends that I just jumped in with both feet. With the help of a few Brooks grads we started to shoot some Motorsports and Motorsport travel stuff. The first piece we shot took about 6 months to complete and we were fortunate to win a "Cappie" award for best variety show in the Ventura County area. Since that time we have really focused more on track based stuff and have done 3 pieces over the last 6 months or so. I have a ton to learn, but sincerly hope to make it a career. Was asked to assist with the making of a TV pilot called Mock Speed which is a bit light hearted and over the top.
